Marketing Bounty Monthly Report – January 2025
January was a month of execution and expansion for the Marketing Bounty. Key focus areas included strengthening internal structures, launching new partnerships, expanding into new markets, and finalizing marketing campaigns based on previous outreach efforts.
Key Achievements
1. Strengthening Ecosystem Collaboration
- Worked closely with Web3 Foundation to improve coordination between the Marketing Bounty and W3F, aligning marketing initiatives for greater impact.
- Provided strategic guidance to stakeholders including Brave, WSH, Sportfive, Kaito, Fracas, Omni, Growgami, Parity, Modern Market, and PMEI to align marketing efforts with Polkadot’s growth strategies.
2. Expanding Marketing & Community Operations
- Finalized Onboarding of key team members:
- Enrique as Content Lead (responsible for Quality Control on incoming & outgoing media).
- Goku as Small Content Creator Lead (supporting emerging content creators).
- TP was also brought on board to assist with ecosystem engagement.
- Initiated a full revamp of the Polkadot Discord server through Moonbearer, with additional improvements to Telegram in progress.
3. Market Expansion & USDX Campaigns
- Launched the Marketing Bounty’s expansion into the Asian market, establishing local connections and planning targeted campaigns.
- Conducted research and outreach to refine USDX campaign strategies for LATAM and SEA, coordinating with SubWallet and Dotcast to strengthen regional marketing efforts.
- Began development of the “Dollars on Dot” landing page, inspired by Coinbase’s AcceptUSDC campaign, to streamline stablecoin adoption on Polkadot.

4. Strategic Partnerships & Paid Media
- Initiated negotiations for the Kaito partnership, supporting marketing intelligence and research initiatives.
- Initiated and supported the GiantX x Nova Wallet integration campaign, driving user adoption through targeted marketing efforts.
- Confirmed the Hydration Ad Campaign, set to launch on X and CoinGecko to increase brand awareness.
- Received proposals from Warroom and Addressable for programmatic advertising campaigns and paid media placements.
