Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to review and optimize Polkadot's presence across centralized cryptocurrency exchanges (CEXs). This role focuses on ensuring consistent and accurate representation of Polkadot's brand, information, and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Systematically audit Polkadot listings on major cryptocurrency exchanges (and elsewhere)
• Document inconsistencies, outdated information, and areas for improvement
• Draft and send professional communication to exchange representatives
• Coordinate with exchanges to update Polkadot information using provided templates
• Track progress and maintain detailed records of all communications and changes
• Create weekly progress reports highlighting key achievements and challenges

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Polkadot ecosystem and technology
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges and their listing processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using standard office software and project management tools
• Go-getter qualities

Project Specifics

• Duration: 1-2 months as a start, with an possible extension upon performance review
• Working Hours: 40 hours per month
